The Role
Upsales has grown from a Swedish challenger to Europe's leading AI platform for B2B revenue acceleration, and every hire we make shapes what comes next. As our Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, you sit at the center of that growth. You own recruitment end to end, partnering directly with hiring managers to bring in the people who will define our next chapter. And you make sure the people already here are supported, informed, and set up to do their best work.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, not a task list. You'll run processes, not just support them.
What You'll Do
Own recruitment end to end for a variety of roles: sourcing, job ads, screening, interviews, and process coordination with hiring managers
Draft and negotiate employment contracts
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across tech and sales roles
Manage payroll and benefits administration
Handle employee relations cases and act as the go to on Swedish labor law
Advise and support managers on HR matters, from onboarding to offboarding
Continuously improve our recruitment and HR processes as we scale
Who We're Looking For
A university degree in HR, economics, behavioral science, or a related field
At least 3 years driving and owning recruitment processes, ideally in tech, sales, or a fast paced scale-up environment
Broader HR experience: payroll, benefits, employee relations, labor law
Fluent in Swedish and English
Structured and self-driven. You set your own priorities and follow through without hand-holding
