Senior Implementation Manager
We're looking for a Senior Implementation Manager who combines business consulting with hands-on execution and leverages AI to deliver faster, smarter implementations.

What you'll be doing
As a Senior Implementation Manager at Upsales, you'll own customer implementations from requirements gathering to go-live. You work across the full spectrum: strategic advisory, technical configuration, and sales support.
On any given day, you might:
Run a workshop with a sales manager about pipeline structure and forecasting
Configure CRM automations and marketing campaigns
Build custom dashboards and reports
Migrate data from legacy systems
Join a sales meeting to demonstrate technical capabilities
Troubleshoot integrations and solve technical challenges
You'll work with 8-12 customers per year, driving implementations that improve how they sell. You're not just configuring software—you're diagnosing business problems and designing solutions that create measurable impact.
Who we're looking for
You're someone who earns credibility by understanding both the business problem and how to solve it technically.
You should have:
5+ years of experience in CRM/SaaS implementation, management consulting, or similar roles
Masters degree from a respected academic institution, preferably in engineering, business, or a related technical field
Business acumen - you understand sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and what drives revenue
Technical competence - you can configure CRM systems, build reports, design integrations, and migrate data yourself
Advisory capability - you challenge assumptions, ask "why?" before building, and guide customers toward better solutions
Strong communication in Swedish and English - you can run workshops with sales managers and explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
Project management skills - you can drive multiple implementations in parallel and keep customers on track
Consulting mindset - you don't just take orders, you diagnose problems and recommend solutions
