What you’ll be doing
As a Solutions Engineer, you will join an elite team, directly influencing our ambitious growth targets by optimizing the sales process. You'll be the technical backbone for our sales teams, a crucial player in closing deals by translating complex customer needs into tailored Upsales solutions.
You'll take full ownership of the technical sales support, empowering sales and account managers to secure more business by:
Becoming the ultimate product expert, staying relentlessly updated on every product development and feature.
Rapidly understanding prospect and customer challenges and demonstrating with precision how Upsales delivers tangible value.
Crafting and showcasing bespoke customer solutions, making complex integrations feel simple.
Leading high-impact workshops and executing critical proof-of-concepts.
Serving as the trusted technical advisor, navigating and resolving any technical hurdles throughout the sales cycle.

Who we’re looking for
You're a true professional, someone who earns the room's respect by showing up prepared, knowing your stuff, and making complex things feel simple. You combine deep technical acumen, sharp commercial instincts, and outstanding communication skills. Beyond that, we believe you have:
At least 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, or extensive project management/customization experience within the software industry (ideally CRM, Marketing Automation, or ERP).
Technical or engineering university degree.
A relentless curiosity and the ability to dive deep into technical details.
Exceptional technical understanding, particularly of AI, APIs, and integrations.
Fluency in both Swedish and English.
