We’re looking for a Client Strategy Consultant with commercial depth, executive credibility, and sharp analytical thinking. Someone who thrives in complex environments, challenges how things have always been done, and helps leadership teams turn uncertainty into structure, clarity, and measurable revenue impact.
What you’ll be doing
As a Client Strategy Consultant at Upsales, you operate far beyond onboarding or system setup. You own the customer’s commercial progress over time and act as a trusted strategic advisor to CEOs, Heads of Sales, and executive teams with one clear objective: measurable revenue growth.
You start with the business, not the tool. You analyze why sales performance is falling short by examining structure, ways of working, governance, and priorities.
You challenge and advise leadership teams on sales strategy, process design, governance models, and commercial prioritization. You lead executive workshops, facilitate decision-making at C-level, and present clear recommendations that translate strategy into action.
You design and implement sales processes that are directly tied to business outcomes such as revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and shorter sales cycles.
Change leadership is a core part of the role. You drive adoption across sales managers and sales teams, track usage and performance over time, identify friction points, and address blockers that prevent insight from turning into revenue.
You work with multiple customers in parallel, often in high-growth, high-stakes environments where expectations are high and clarity is limited.
You bring structured customer insights back into product development and Upsales’ sales methodology, helping shape how we build, sell, and deliver the next generation of AI-powered revenue acceleration.
This is not a delivery role. It is a role for someone who takes ownership, drives change, and wants to shape how modern B2B sales organizations grow with structure, data, and AI.
AI first mindset

You’re relentlessly curious about new capabilities, and you push the limits of what’s possible, turning AI into a competitive advantage for yourself, Upsales, and our customers. This is a role for someone with real ambition: someone who wants to set a new standard for efficiency, precision, and impact in the age of AI.
Who we’re looking for
You’re a senior, trusted professional. You earn credibility quickly and make complex commercial problems feel solvable.
You should have:
At least 5+ years of relevant experience from sales leadership, revenue or sales operations, management consulting with a commercial focus, or senior CRM advisory roles
Deep understanding of B2B sales and what actually drives revenue
The ability to diagnose complex problems and turn insight into clear direction
Executive presence and confidence to lead CEO-level discussions and challenge assumptions
Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms, integrations, automation, and AI-driven workflows
Proven experience driving change and ensuring adoption, not just delivery
A degree from a respected academic institution, preferably in the technical field
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
A high-ownership mindset. You take responsibility for outcomes, not activities
