Strategic Account Manager
As a Strategic Account Manager at Upsales, you sit at the center of our growth engine. Your mission is to develop and expand an existing customer portfolio and make sure our customers scale faster with the power of AI.

In this role, you work closely with Solutions Engineers, Onboarding, and Customer Success to turn insight into measurable business value. This is strategic selling at its best. Long-term impact over short-term volume.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a strategic portfolio of existing customers with a clear focus on expansion
Identify growth potential, book meetings, and drive the full sales process from insight to decision
Build compelling business cases together with Solutions Engineers
Lead contract negotiations and commercial follow-ups
Partner closely with Customer Success and Onboarding to maximize customer value
Deliver new upsell ARR and contribute directly to Upsales’ growth targets
Collaborate with sales leadership to evolve customer strategy, ways of working, and value propositions

Who We’re Looking For
At least 5 years of proven experience in complex B2B sales
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience building long-term relationships with fast-growing mid-sized companies
A proactive, ambitious mindset with full ownership of the sales process
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
Driven by growth, responsibility, and the ambition to build something meaningful
