Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Upsales, you operate where revenue growth, technology, and long-term partnerships meet. Your mission is to ensure our customers not only use Upsales, but truly capitalize on it. You turn AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. In this role, you combine commercial drive with technical depth. You act as both growth partner and trusted advisor. You understand data structures, integrations, and revenue workflows. You challenge customers strategically while guiding them operationally. Not just ensuring satisfaction, but driving transformation.

What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of strategic customers with responsibility for adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion
Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s revenue model, data maturity, tech stack, and growth ambitions
Act as a technical and strategic advisor, guiding customers on best practices, integrations, AI capabilities, and advanced platform usage
Identify expansion opportunities by connecting Upsales’ AI features to real commercial impact
Lead executive dialogues, roadmap discussions, and quarterly business reviews
Co-create success plans together with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Sales
Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value
Drive ARR growth through insight, trust, and demonstrated results
Continuously elevate how we deliver customer value across the organization

Who We’re Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in complex B2B sales, account management, or customer success with expansion responsibility
A strong track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts
Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data models, and technical workflows with stakeholders across business and tech
Experience working with fast-growing mid-sized B2B companies
Commercially sharp with a consultative mindset
Confident in executive conversations and long-term strategic planning
Fluent in Swedish and English
