You treat AI as a force multiplier: accelerating troubleshooting, improving root-cause analysis, crafting clearer customer communication, and identifying smarter ways for customers to solve their problems. You’re curious, experimental, and motivated to push the boundaries of what modern, AI-driven support can be.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day accounting

• Manage customer invoicing, billing inquiries, credits, and subscription changes with precision

• Ensure revenue recognition, accruals, accounts, and categories are correct and compliant

• Perform internal controls including reconciliations between systems and budget versus actuals

• Review supplier agreements and customer contracts from a financial and scalability perspective

• Support investor relations activities such as quarterly reports, annual reports, press releases, and investor presentations

• Contribute to annual general meetings and maintain IR content on the website

• Own financial documentation including internal guidelines, contracts, and structured storage

• Drive process development by automating and improving financial workflows using BI, AI, and modern tools

• Build scalable, sustainable finance processes that support long-term growth

Who We’re Looking For

• Academic degree in finance or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a similar financial controller or accounting role

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue flows, and financial controls

• Experience working with external accounting partners and multiple systems

• A structured, detail-oriented mindset combined with business curiosity

• Comfort taking ownership and improving how things are done, not just maintaining them

• An interest in using AI and data to automate, analyze, and improve financial processes

• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English
