We’re looking for an Implementation Manager who combines technical curiosity, polished professionalism, and operational precision. Someone who thrives on helping customers succeed, whether they’re a five-person startup or a seasoned CEO-led company that needs a guiding hand through chaos.
What you'll be doing
As an Implementation Manager at Upsales, you’ll take full ownership of the customer onboarding experience from the moment the deal is signed. You’ll lead the implementation of our platform, often in high-speed environments where structure is lacking and expectations are high. On any given day, you might be juggling over 10 projects at once, guiding small but ambitious customers through their Upsales rollout, while simultaneously educating marketing managers and facilitating strategic workshops with CEOs.
You’ll serve as the bridge between the customer’s vision and our technology, helping them get up and running across CRM, sales processes, marketing automation, support modules, and AI-driven features. You’ll need to quickly understand their business needs, spot technical dependencies, and communicate complex solutions in a way that makes sense, even to non-technical teams. The pace is fast, the scope is broad, and the impact is immediate. If you are structured, confident, and thrive in a high-tempo, high-accountability role, this is where you'll do your best work.
AI first mindset

Who we're looking for
You’re a true professional, someone who earns the room’s respect by showing up prepared, knowing your stuff, and making complex things feel simple.
You should have:
- Years of experience leading CRM implementations (preferably SaaS/enterprise tools)
- A strong technical curiosity
- Experience working with less structured, smaller customers, you know how to guide them, not just follow a checklist
- The ability to drive 10+ projects in parallel without missing a beat
- A structured mindset. You love a good Gantt chart and know how to keep people accountable
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Confidence to run CEO-level workshops, challenge assumptions, and deliver value
- A degree from a respected academic institution, preferably in the technical field
