AI Sales Executive
We’re looking for a world-class AI Sales Executive to join our high-performance sales team, the spearhead of our growth engine. This is a chance to be part of one of the most effective AI software sales teams in the Nordics, a team built around high ownership, high ambition, and a shared belief that we’re building something truly category-defining.
This isn’t a customer success role. And it’s not just about closing deals. This is strategic, consultative selling at the highest level, working closely with C-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor, a growth partner, and a commercial leader.
You’ll be supported by a high-performing team of solution engineers and go-to-market colleagues, but you own the outcome. Success in this role requires more than hitting quota, it requires curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect the dots between a company’s problems and the potential of Upsales AI.

AI first mindset

Who We're Looking For
This isn’t an entry-level role, we’re looking for someone who has already proven they can win at the highest level.
You have at least 5 years of experience in complex software sales, ideally selling to C-level decision-makers in mid-market or enterprise environments. You know how to navigate complex sales cycles, align multiple stakeholders, and close strategic deals. More importantly, you’ve done it consistently, and you have the track record to prove it. You’ve not only hit quota, you’ve beaten it, quarter after quarter.
You bring sharp analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity to every conversation. A master’s degree from a top-tier university is preferred, but raw horsepower and business acumen matter even more. You ask great questions, challenge assumptions, and bring real insight to your customers.
Personality-wise? You’re obsessed with winning, but never at the expense of the team. You take pride in delivering results, but you’re also the kind of person who jumps in to help a teammate close a deal or solve a tough problem. You raise the bar, and bring others with you.
