You’re structured, fast, and loyal. You thrive on keeping things organized, spot details others might miss, and enjoy being the one behind the scenes making everything work. You’re comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks – from practical errands to travel, calendars, and inbox management.
What You'll Be Doing
- You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—owning the calendar, inbox, and priorities to ensure every day runs smoothly.
- You’ll prep meetings and handle travel planning and bookings.
- Stay on top of everyday logistics and errands to ensure the overall schedule runs smoothly.
- You’ll handle sensitive materials with full discretion, including finances and administration.
- Be the go-to person who brings structure, speed, and calm to every situation, keeping the CEO focused on what matters most.
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
- Organized, service-minded and solution-oriented.
- Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure.
- Motivated by enabling impact behind the scenes rather than seeking the spotlight.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English is a mandatory requirement.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
