About the Role

We are now looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you will be deeply involved in shaping the company’s growth journey — from strategy and operations to key business decisions and execution.

You will act as the CEO’s right hand, driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and making sure priorities across product, sales, AI, investments, and partnerships move forward.

A key responsibility is to run and optimize our management system — owning KPIs, OKRs, leadership meetings, follow-ups, and quarterly goals — ensuring focus, clarity, and accountability throughout the organization.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver strategic initiatives and business-critical projects across functions.
• Lead and own projects within growth, efficiency, and AI - from idea to execution
• Manage and improve the company’s operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, reporting, and goal setting.
• Own financial analysis and KPI tracking across departments.
• Negotiate and execute strategic deals with partners and suppliers, including major purchases.
• Prepare and present materials for board, investor, and partner meetings.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring decisions turn into execution and results.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proven leader with strong business acumen, a hands-on approach, and the ability to create clarity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

We believe you have:

• A Master’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership or project management roles, preferably from management consulting, investment banking, or operational leadership in a fast-growing company.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, coaching, and when necessary, offboarding team members.
• Experience negotiating major strategic deals with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• A strong track record of delivering high-impact projects and mobilizing teams across functions.
• Exceptional analytical skills and an interest in SaaS, data, and AI.
• The ability to combine structure and attention to detail with a hands-on, “get-things-done” mentality.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
