What you’ll be doing
As a Solutions Engineer, you will join an elite team, directly influencing our ambitious growth targets by optimizing the sales process. You'll be the technical backbone for our sales teams, a crucial player in closing deals by translating complex customer needs into tailored Upsales solutions.
- You'll take full ownership of the technical sales support, empowering sales and account managers to secure more business by:
- Becoming the ultimate product expert, staying relentlessly updated on every product development and feature.
- Rapidly understanding prospect and customer challenges and demonstrating with precision how Upsales delivers tangible value.
- Crafting and showcasing bespoke customer solutions, making complex integrations feel simple.
- Leading high-impact workshops and executing critical proof-of-concepts.
- Serving as the trusted technical advisor, navigating and resolving any technical hurdles throughout the sales cycle.

Beyond that, we believe you have:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, or extensive project management/customization experience within the software industry (ideally CRM, Marketing Automation, or ERP), backed by a technical or engineering university degree (or equivalent).
- A relentless curiosity and the ability to dive deep into technical details.
- Exceptional technical understanding, particularly of AI, APIs, and integrations.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- A background in sales with a desire to transition into a deeply technical, customer-facing role.
