Custom Success Manager
We’re looking for a sharp Customer Success Manager (CSM) to take full ownership of driving adoption, retention, and success across a portfolio of our existing customers — mid-sized to large companies with 100–2000 employees. This role is about ensuring customers realize maximum value from Upsales, building deep relationships, and securing long-term partnerships.
As a CSM, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives — who focus on strategic growth — while you lead the success, health, and day-to-day management of accounts. Your mission: protect and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by ensuring customers renew, expand their usage, and view Upsales as a trusted partner in achieving their business goals.
You’ll be responsible for the customer success lifecycle: onboarding, product adoption, renewals, quarterly business reviews usage health, and acting as the customer’s voice inside Upsales. You’ll anticipate risks before they become churn, help clients unlock more value from our platform, and ensure they always feel supported by world-class delivery and service.
This is a role for someone who thrives on relationship-building and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with champions and power users inside our customer organizations, helping them translate business challenges into solutions powered by Upsales. While AEs own executive-level growth conversations, you’ll be the trusted day-to-day advisor who keeps everything on track and ensures customers succeed at every level.
You won’t be alone — you’ll collaborate with our solution engineers and top-rated support team to make sure customers get the expertise they need, when they need it. Together, you’ll form part of the most effective customer success and sales team in the Nordics.

Who We're Looking For
This isn’t an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who has already proven they can deliver customer success at the highest level. You have at least 5 years of experience in customer success, technical sales, account management, or enterprise SaaS delivery, working with mid-market or enterprise customers. You know how to drive adoption, prevent churn, and secure renewals — and you’ve done it consistently, with a strong track record to prove it.
You’re skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, from day-to-day champions and power users to senior sponsors, and you know how to build trust across all levels. You bring sharp business acumen, deep technical and product expertise to every conversation, translating customer needs into insights and feedback that shape both strategy and product development. You know how to do run QBR:s, usage reviews, and success plans that deliver measurable impact for customers.
Personality-wise? You’re customer-obsessed, proactive, and collaborative. You take pride in helping customers succeed, but you’re also the kind of teammate who jumps in to solve problems before they escalate. You raise the bar, and bring others with you.
