AI Account Executive – New Customer Acquisition

We’re looking for a world-class AI Account Executive to join our New Customer Acquisition team — the spearhead of our growth engine. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers in the mid-market and enterprise segment (100–2000 employees). You’ll run the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to building strategic business cases, driving consensus, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You'll operate as a trusted advisor, leading conversations with CEOs and executive teams about their toughest growth challenges — and showing them how our AI platform can solve them.
You’ll be supported by a world-class team of solution engineers and go-to-market colleagues, but you own the outcome. Success in this role requires more than hitting quota — it requires curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect the dots between a company’s problems and the potential of Upsales AI.

Who We're Looking For
This isn’t an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who has already proven they can win at the highest level.
You have at least 5 years of experience in complex software sales, ideally selling to C-level decision-makers in mid-market or enterprise environments. You know how to navigate complex sales cycles, align multiple stakeholders, and close strategic deals. More importantly, you’ve done it consistently — and you have the track record to prove it. You’ve not only hit quota, you’ve beaten it, quarter after quarter.
You bring sharp analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity to every conversation. A master’s degree from a top-tier university is a plus — but raw horsepower and business acumen matter even more. You ask great questions, challenge assumptions, and bring real insight to your customers.
Personality-wise? You’re obsessed with winning, but never at the expense of the team. You take pride in delivering results, but you’re also the kind of person who jumps in to help a teammate close a deal or solve a tough problem. You raise the bar, and bring others with you.
