We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-growing product team and help us move even faster. In this role, you’ll be at the center of execution — owning the delivery of complex, cross-functional AI development programs that are critical to our growth.

You won’t just be pushing tasks forward. You’ll be deep in the details, understanding how things work, unblocking teams, and orchestrating fast, high-quality product iterations. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-tempo, high-ownership environment — and who can translate big ideas into shipped product.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of AI product initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to bring ideas to life — fast. You’ll lead the day-to-day execution, from running standups and planning sessions to managing async updates and keeping momentum high across projects. Your job is to remove friction, solve dependencies before they escalate, and keep cross-functional teams unblocked and focused on what matters most.

You’ll collaborate deeply with engineers to scope technical work, sequence delivery for maximum impact, and ensure that what we build is both feasible and valuable. This isn’t a role where you sit on the sidelines — you’ll actively participate in technical discussions around APIs, system flows, data models, and integrations, helping shape the product with insight and clarity. You’ll also be responsible for driving clear, consistent communication throughout the company, keeping all stakeholders aligned on what’s coming, when, and why.

Who We're Looking For

You're not new to this. You bring both technical depth and operational discipline to the table — and you know how to turn strategy into execution in fast-moving teams.

You have a relevant academic degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technical field.

You’ve spent at least 5 years managing complex technical programs, ideally in high-growth or product-led software companies.

You have a strong command of modern project management tools and frameworks — and you know when to adapt the playbook instead of following it blindly.

You’ve worked in agile, high-velocity environments, and you know how to keep teams aligned and moving without adding bureaucracy.

You’re an excellent communicator and problem-solver — someone who can drive clarity, build trust, and get things unstuck without drama.
